Inicio is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to personal and professional development and growth. Since 1986, Inicio, formerly known as ERS Training and Development Corporation, has been helping hundreds of structurally unemployed anglophone or allophone Montrealers enhance their employability, improve their life circumstances, and reach their full potential. In collaboration with Services Québec and Human Resources Development Canada, Inicio has successfully operated over 200 different employment training and personal development programs.
